1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Win Rupes ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any service on Win Rupes — including live casino, slots, sports betting, and bingo — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Win Rupes reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect as of the date they are published on this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the Win Rupes Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Win Rupes, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, not as a business entity acting on behalf of others.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on Win Rupes or have had a prior account permanently closed for rule violations.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, another person.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and at any subsequent verification request.

Win Rupes does not make any representation that the platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of Win Rupes is lawful in their own jurisdiction. If you are unsure about your local rules, seek independent legal advice before registering.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one active account on Win Rupes. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, Win Rupes reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. This information is used to verify your identity, process transactions, and ensure compliance with our policies.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Win Rupes will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Account sharing between players is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must keep your contact details and payment information up to date.
• Win Rupes may request identity verification documents at any stage — this is standard practice and your account may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious violation and will result in account closure.

4 Deposits

Win Rupes accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposit amounts are credited to your Win Rupes account balance in Pakistani Rupees.

Deposits are typically processed and credited within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Win Rupes does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited — contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance to any supported PKR payment method that is registered in your name. Win Rupes supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfers. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account that belongs to you — transfers to third-party accounts are not processed.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, Win Rupes requires that your account identity verification is complete. This typically involves confirming your name and mobile number against your registered payment account. Once verification is done, it does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals unless your details change.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal request page.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.
• Win Rupes reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• In cases where a deposit was made and no wagering activity has occurred, Win Rupes may process a return to the original payment method rather than an alternative.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified and given a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a mismatch between your registered payment details and the withdrawal destination.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Win Rupes periodically offers bonuses and promotional rewards to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions tied to events such as PSL matches and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.

The general rules that apply to all Win Rupes bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated on the promotion. Bonuses not met within the time limit will expire and be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Win Rupes reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from an account if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of bonus terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Win Rupes may limit or deny bonus eligibility to accounts identified as engaging in advantage play or systematic bonus abuse.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Win Rupes operates a library of games including live casino tables, video slots, sports betting markets, and bingo rooms. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game category page.

All game outcomes on Win Rupes are determined through certified processes — live casino outcomes are produced by real dealers operating under strict protocols, while slot and bingo outcomes use certified random number generation. Win Rupes does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Win Rupes and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool that gives an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unintended advantage.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing or insider betting on sporting events.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bet limits or bonus restrictions.

If a game result is recorded incorrectly due to a technical fault, Win Rupes reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Win Rupes is not liable for losses resulting from player misunderstanding of game rules.

8 Responsible Gaming

Win Rupes is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains an enjoyable form of entertainment. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Win Rupes account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Receive an alert after a chosen period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Suspend access to your Win Rupes account for a chosen period. During self-exclusion, login is not possible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much has been deposited in the current session.

9 Privacy & Data

By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Win Rupes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Confirmed or suspected cheating, bot use, or collusion.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at Win Rupes staff or other players.
• Being under the age of 18 at the time of registration.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your access will be restored and your balance will be available in full. If violations are confirmed, Win Rupes reserves the right to forfeit the balance in line with the nature of the breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Win Rupes support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable checks are complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

Win Rupes provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• Win Rupes is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, provided that any affected bets are voided and stakes returned to player balances.
• Win Rupes is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• Win Rupes is not liable for any loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• In no event will Win Rupes' liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Win Rupes may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of Win Rupes after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

Previous versions of these Terms are not archived publicly, but may be made available upon request to support.
